For any home owner wanting to rent their property I would encourage them to call All County® Property Management.

Due to a corporate relocation, I moved to South Florida and was left with a vacant home in Orlando. I contacted All Country 3 weeks prior to my move and arranged an appointment with them to come out and see the house. They arrived on time equipped with all necessary literature which was used to help answer any questions that I had. After speaking with 2 other management companies, I felt that All County would be the company that would provide me with the piece of mind that I needed.

Immediately following a signed contract, the house was listed using a multitude of marketing channels for maximum exposure in the rental market. Within the first 24 hours of my home being listed, calls started coming in. They followed up on all inquiries and scheduled showings for all prospective tenants. Two weeks after my home was listed they successfully filled the vacancy.
